영문 초록

The purpose of this article is to study and evaluate Xunzi's view and dealing of this heterogeneous object in the late Warring States Period between ritual and law order. In particular, this article tries to rediscover Xunzi's concept of 'Ritual' and 'Law' and the interrelationship between them, showing the value meaning that can be given in today's Hyper-connected Society and Post-human Era. The end of the Warring States period generally was in the social transformation of the order of ritual to the order of law. In order to realize his own political and social ideal, Xunzi tried to combine Confucianism's thought and legalism in theory construction and practice, thus inventing and developing Confucianism's theory of thought. In order to realize the ideal of combining ritual and laws, Xunzi, on the one hand, tried to reshape the former Confucian' ritual', on the other hand, absorbed the' law' theory of jurists and applied it to the concrete level of social governance. In other words, in the structure of ritual and law, it can be divided into the three types, which can be said that Xunzi created a new paradigm for the structure of ritual and law.
