영문 초록

Hong Kong's massive protests in 2019 have once again drawn attention to Hong Kong's identity. In this paper, to analyze Hong Kong's identity, we focused on the fact that identity is formed in the environment and history, and traced Hong Kong's identity from a visual and spatial perspective. As physical space is the subject of research, this paper tried to understand Hong Kong's identity through the relationship between harmony and imbalance in Hong Kong's internal space, using the approach Rowe named 'Collage City'. In addition, it was evaluated that the Hong Kong government cooperated with the Chinese government and showed a marked difference from the order and rhythm of the existing large-scale project space in the border area. Through this, it was revealed that the anxiety caused by the penetration of heterogeneous spaces is now shaping the identity of Hong Kong.
