국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집 기관풍토와 영아교사의 전문성 인식 및 행복감 간 관계를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 어린이집에 근무하는 영아교사 269명을 대상으로 어린이집 기관풍토, 영아교사의 전문성 인식, 행복감을 측정하여 세 변인 간 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집 기관풍토, 영아교사의 전문성 인식, 행복감의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이집 기관풍토와 영아교사의 전문성 인식이 영아교사의 행복감에 미치는 상대적 설명력을 살펴본 결과 어린이집 기관풍토와 영아교사의 전문성 인식은 영아교사의 행복감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 어린이집 기관풍토와 영아교사의 전문성 인식이 영아교사의 행복감을 긍정적으로 예측하는 주요변인이라는 것을 의미한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among organizational climate, perception of professionalism, and happiness of infant teachers. The subjects were 269 infant teachers who were working at day care centers in Gangwon. Data were obtained from questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted to examine research questions. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. First, significant positive correlations were found among organizational climate, perception of professionalism, and happiness of infant teachers. Second, organizational climate and infant teachers’perception of professionalism were predicting variables for their happiness. In particular, organizational climate of day care center was more influential than infant teachers’perception of professionalism.
