유아기 자녀 어머니의 행복플로리시 척도 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구는 긍정심리학의 행복관점에서 유아기 자녀 어머니의 행복플로리시를 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고 이를 타당화 하였다. 탐색적․확인적 요인분석을 통해 개발된 척도의 요인구조를 확인하였으며, 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 관련 문헌 고찰 및 척도 비교 분석, 전문가 참여를 통하여 예비조사용 척도 70문항을 개발하였다. 예비조사 자료의 기술적 통계분석과 전문가들의 내용타당도 검증을 받은 후, 본조사를 위해 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니 324명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집 자료의 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 총 59문항을 선정하고, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 4범주 모형이 적합함을 확인하였으며, 척도 변인과 상관분석을 통해 공인타당도 검증을 하였다. 그 결과, 공인타당도 척도의 환경과 종교 범주를 제외한 모든 범주 간 정적 상관을 보였다. 본 척도는 4범주(개인의 행복한 삶, 자녀와 행복한 삶, 관계 속의 행복한 삶, 환경맥락 속의 행복한 삶)의 5점 Likert 평정척도로 내적합치도는 .959로 척도의 타당과 검증이 이루어졌다.

영문 초록

This study developed and validated a scale measuring the flourishing of mother of young children from the viewpoint of positive psychology. The factor structure of the developed scale was confirmed through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability and validity were verified. For this purpose, 70 question items of the preliminary research scale were developed through the review of relevant literature, comparative analysis of scales, and participation of experts. After the statistical analysis of the preliminary survey data and the content validity of the experts, 324 mothers of young children were collected for the main survey. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis of the collected data, 59 question items were selected. The confirmatory factor analysis was performed to confirm suitability of the four-sub-factor model. Correlation analysis between the factor of flourishing of mother of young children and the Happy Life Scale supported the construct validity. Correlation was found among all factors except the environment and religious categories. Finally, the four-category components through a five-point Likert scale (the individual internal factor of the mother, the factor related to the performance of mother s role in early childhood, the positive interpersonal relations, and the external factor reflecting reality) was .959 and internal reliability and validity of the scale were confirmed.
