청소년 방과후 자원봉사활동이 회복탄력성과 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년 방과후 자원봉사활동이 회복탄력성과 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아 보았다. 이를 위해 경북에 소재한 중고등 학생 640명(중학생: 265명, 고등학생: 375명)을 대상으로 삶의 만족도, 회복탄력성, 대인 및 사회 책임성과 봉사활동들을 조사하였다. 결과 분석을 위해 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 회귀분석 및 구조방정식 모형 분석이 실시되었다. 자원봉사를 독립 변인으로 회복탄력성과 삶의 만족도를 종속변인으로 단계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 대인 및 사회책임성에 관련된 변인이 회복탄력성과 삶의 만족도에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 사사점과 의의 및 추후 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify a effect of youth after-school volunteer activities on resilience and life satisfaction. to this end, the researchers conducted a survey on 640 students in Pohang, Gyeong Ju, Yeong Cheon South Korea. The researchers asked questions to measure the levels of satisfaction with life scale, resilience and volunteer activities related variables. The analysis of survey data was based on reliability tests of each measure, correlation coefficient analysis of major variables, regression analysis and structural equation modeling. According to the results of stepwise regression analysis, which we conducted to see what impact sub-factors of volunteer work have on interpersonal and social responsibility had the highest degree of impact on the satisfaction with life and the results of verification of mediation effect of resilience in the relationship between volunteer activities and life satisfaction. demonstrate that resilience had a partial mediation effect which was statistically significant. The researchers discussed the implications and limitations of this study.
