국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 온라인기반 팀학습에 대한 대학생의 인식을 탐색하고 효과적인 팀학습 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 팀학습에서의 정적인 변인뿐만 아니라 부적인 변인을 설정하고 팀성과에 대한 인식에 미치는 영향을 구조적으로 탐색하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 원격수업 상황에서의 팀학습에 초점을 두고 과업상호의존성과 팀몰입 등 긍정적인 측면과 과업갈등과 관계갈등과 같은 부정적인 측면을 탐색하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 연구 대상자 선정을 위해 2020학년도 온라인기반 팀활동에 참여한 대학생들을 중심으로 편의표집을 하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 코로나19로 인해 전격 시행된 원격수업에서의 팀활동에 참여한 대학생들을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 온라인기반 팀학습에서 유발되는 갈등이 팀성과에 가장 커다란 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인기반 팀학습에서의 팀몰입은 팀성과에 직접적으로 커다란 영향력을 행사하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 본 연구를 통해 온라인기반 팀학습에서 차지하는 과업상호의존성의 중요성을 명확하게 파악할 수 있었다. 예를 들어, 과업상호의존성이 과업갈등과 팀몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로, 온라인기반 팀학습의 효과적인 수행에 도움을 주는 방안을 이론적, 실천적 측면에서 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore university students perceptions of online-based team learning and to suggest effective team learning strategies. For this, in this study, not only the positive variables but also the negative variables in team learning were set, and their influence on the perception of team performance was structurally explored. In particular, this study focused on team learning in a remote class situation, explored the positive aspects such as ‘task interdependence’ and ‘team flow’ and negative aspects such as task conflict and ‘relationship conflict’. In addition, in this study, convenience sampling was conducted focusing on university students who participated in online-based team activities in 2020. In particular, in this study, the selected subjects were university students who participated in team activities in full-scale remote classes due to COVID- 19. As a result, first, it was found that the conflict caused by online-based team learning has the greatest effect on team performance. Second, it was found that team flow in online-based team learning directly exerts a great influence on team performance. Third, through this study, it was possible to clearly recognize the importance of task interdependence in online-based team learning. For example, task interdependence was found to have a significant effect on task conflict and team flow. Based on the discussion of such research results, this study proposed both theoretical and practical aspects of the plan to encourage the effective performance of online- based team learning.
