실천학습 기법이 재무설계사 교육 프로그램 참가자의 학습동기와 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

이 연구는 실천학습 프로그램이 학습자의 학습동기와 직무문제해결능력에 미치는 효과 즉, 실천학습프로그램에 참가한 실험집단 학습자와 일반 집단강의에 참가한 통제집단 학습자 간의 학습동기와 직무문제해결능력은 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 탐색하였다. 연구대상은 D금융기관 연수원의 직무교육 참가자 중 실험집단과 통제집단 각각 50명씩 총 100명이며, 이들 간의 학습동기와 직무문제해결능력 차이 비교를 위하여 사전·사후 조사를 적용하였다. 학습동기 및 직무문제해결능력 측정도구로는 질문지를 사용하였고, 자료처리는 기술통계 분석·다변량 공분산분석·공분산분석·효과의 크기 분석방법 등을 활용하였다. 이 연구 결과는 첫째, 학습동기의 하위요인 중 직무관련성과 자신감 및 만족감 요인이 통제집단 보다 실험집단에서 보다 높게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무문제해결능력 하위요인 중 문제인식은 실험집단과 통제집단에 영향을 미치지 못했으나, 원인분석, 대안개발, 계획수립 및 실행, 수행평가 등에서는 역시 통제집단보다 실험집단에 더 많은 영향을 미친것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 영업현장에서 다양한 상황을 극복해야하는 중견 재무설계사 대상 직무교육은 실천학습프로그램을 통해 몸으로 체득하는 학습활동이 일반 집단강의 보다 학습동기 증진과 직무문제해결능력향상에 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study searched for any influence the action learning techniques has on the learning motivation and job related problem solving competency, that is, any difference in learning motivation among the learners of control group and job related problem solving competency who participated in general group lectures and the learners of experimental group participated in action learning program. The targets of the research are 50 for each experimental group and control group, 100 in total, among the task education participants of D financial institute training center. pre-post nonequivalent group design were applied to compare the difference between the learning motivation and job related problem solving competency. It made use of a survey sheet for the learning motivation and job related problem solving competency, and the data processing was done by means of technological statistical analysis, multivariate analysis of covariance, analysis of covariance and the analysis of the size of the effect. The results of this research improved higher in the experiment group than the control group in task relativity, confidence and satisfaction, etc. among the subfactors of the learning motivation. Second, recognizing the problem didn`t affect experimental group and control group among the subfactors of job related problem solving competency, but it affected more in experimental group than the control group in reason analysis, alternative development, plan and practice and performance evaluation, etc. As a result, the task education for the backbone financial planner that must overcome various situations in the financial field of sales appeared to be more effective by learning with one`s body through action learning program of improvement in learning motivation and job related problem solving competency than the general group lecture.
