재난 경험자 특성에 따른 비대면 재난심리지원 서비스 기능 요구 분석: 성인 재난 경험자를 중심으로

국문 초록

재난 경험자의 심리적 안정과 일상 회복을 위한 재난심리지원 수요가 높아지는 가운데, 시공간 제약을 해소하고 개인별 맞춤 지원이 가능한 비대면 심리지원의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 성인 재난 경험자 2,000명을 대상으로 재난 경험 특성에 따른 비대면 재난심리지원 서비스 기능에 대한 요구를 분석하였다. 카이-제곱 검정 결과, 연령과성별, 재난 유형 및 피해 내용, 피해 지속기간, 자녀 영향 여부, 재난심리지원 인식도와이용 경험에 따라 서비스 기능 요구에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 유의한 변인을 중심으로 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 60대 이상은 ‘기술이용교육’을, 사회재난 경험자는 ‘자가심리평가’를, 피해 기간이 길수록 ‘필요자원 연계’를 선호하였다. 신체적 피해경험과 비대면 재난심리지원 경험이 있는 경우 ‘온라인 지지모임’에 대한 선호가 높았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 비대면 재난심리지원 서비스 설계 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

As the demand for psychological support for disaster survivors’ emotional stability and recovery grows, the need for remote psychological services that enable personalized, accessible care has become increasingly important. This study analyzed differences in expectations for remote disaster psychological services functions among 2,000 adults with disaster experiences. Chi-square tests showed significant differences by age, gender, disaster type, damage characteristics, duration, child impact, and awareness or prior use of support services. Multinomial logistic regression revealed that adults aged 60 or older preferred “technology education,” social disaster survivors favored “self-assessment,” and those with longer damage duration preferred “resource linkage.” Physical injury and prior service use were associated with higher preference for “online peer support.” Based on these findings, we proposed directions for designing effective Remote disaster psychological services.
