국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 한수원 지역의 7세 이하의 주양육자를 대상으로 가족탄력성와 부정적 양육태도의 관계에서 가족의사소통과 원자력지원인식의 직렬 이중매개효과를 규명하는 것이다. 연구대상은 자기보고식 설문을 통해 확보한 141명이며 SPSS 21.0과PROCESS Macro 6을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 부정적 양육태도와 가족탄력성과의 관계에서 가족의사소통은 매개효과를 나타냈으나 원자력지원인식은 매개효과가 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 가족의사소통, 원자력지원인식은 부정적 양육태도와 가족탄력성의관계에서 이중매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 가족 내 의사소통 향상과 공공기관에 대한 신뢰 형성이 가족탄력성 강화에 중요한 매개 요인으로 작용함을 시사하며, 기업의 사회공헌활동 개입의 기초자료를 제공한다.

영문 초록

This study explored the serial mediation effects of family communication and perception of nuclear energy support on the relationship between negative parenting attitudes and family resilience among caregivers of young children. Data were collected from 141 participants and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and PROCESS Macro 6. Results indicated that family communication mediated the relationship, whereas perception of nuclear energy support alone did not. When combined, both factors exhibited significant serial mediation effects, highlighting that open family communication and positive institutional trust play crucial roles in enhancing family resilience and promoting social stability within nuclear-energy communities.
