국문 초록

현대 사회의 산업화와 디지털화는 개인의 스트레스와 정서적 불안을 심화시키고 있으며, 이에 따라 내면의 안정과 회복을 위한 정서적 안정 공간에 대한 사회적 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 현대인의 정서적 불안해소를 위해 차문화치료 특성을 반영한 티하우스 공간 구성을 탐색하였다. 정서적 안정을 위한 차문화치료 특성을 반영한 티하우스는 개인·정체성·관계·자연의 맥락을 토대로 감성적·상징적·소통적·생태적 공간구성 특성을 도출하였다. 이러한 공간구성 특성은 핵심 지표로 적용되어, 입구·체험·명상·소통·유연 공간의다섯 가지 구획하여 공간구성을 탐색하였다. 티하우스는 현대인의 디지털 피로와 사회적 고립을 해소하고 차문화치료 특성을 반영한 정서적 안정 공간으로서 의의가 크다. 본 연구는 정서적 안정을 위한 차문화치료 특성을반영한 티하우스 공간구성 탐색이라는 한계를 가지나, 향후 이용자 기반의 실증 검증과 설계 지침의 정교화, 융복합 모델 개발을 통해 실천적 적용 가능성을 확장할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The rapid industrialization and digitalization of contemporary society have intensified stress, anxiety, and psychological instability among individuals, creating an urgent social demand for therapeutic spaces that promote inner stability, recovery, and sustainable well-being. This study explored the spatial configuration of a teahouse that integrates the therapeutic characteristics of traditional tea culture as a strategy for alleviating emotional distress in modern daily life. Grounded in the contextual dimensions of the individual, identity, relationship, and nature, this study identified four essential attributes (emotional, symbolic, communicative, and ecological) and applied them to the zoning of entrance, experiential, meditation, communication, and flexible spaces. The proposed teahouse model revealed its potential as a restorative environment that relieves digital fatigue and social isolation and embodies cultural philosophy and ecological values inherent in tea practices. Although the scope of this study was limited to an exploratory conceptual framework, its findings provide a theoretical foundation for empirical validation, refinement of design guidelines, and the future development of integrative wellness models that may expand practical applications in both academic research and therapeutic practice.
