국문 초록
Marx’s labor education thought is rooted in a historical critique of the reality of labor alienation in the era of capitalist machinery and large-scale industry. Building on a critical inheritance of relevant theories from utopian socialists and classical philosophers, it proposes a labor education system centered on “polytechnical education”, emphasizing that the integration of education and productive labor is the fundamental path to achieving all-round human development. Currently, the collaborative education between labor education and ideological and political education in universities faces practical challenges such as institutional barriers, a fragmented curriculum system, dispersed practical platforms, and a lack of cultural atmosphere. These issues reflect the tendency toward instrumental rationality and the weakening of value guidance in the field of education. By constructing a collaborative mechanism under the unified leadership of the Party committee, promoting deep curriculum integration, consolidating practical resources both on and off campus, and fostering a culture that honors labor, the transition from a formal combination to a substantive integration of the two educational systems can be achieved. This will help students continuously enhance their consciousness in transforming their subjective world through the practice of transforming the objective world, realizing the shift of Marxist theory from “the weapon of criticism” to “the criticism of weapons”, thereby providing theoretical and practical support for cultivating a new generation capable of undertaking the mission of national rejuvenation.
영문 초록
马克思劳动教育思想基于对资本主义机器大工业时代劳动异化现实的历史批判,在批判性继承空想社会主义者及古典哲学家相关理论的基础上,提出以“综合技术教育”为核心的劳动教育体系,强调教育与生产劳动相结合是实现人的全面发展的根本途径。当前高校劳动教育与思想政治教育协同育人面临体制机制壁垒、课程体系割裂、实践平台分散与文化氛围缺失等现实挑战,折射出教育领域存在的工具理性倾向与价值引领弱化问题。通过构建党委统一领导的协同机制、推动课程深度融合、整合校内外实践资源、营造劳动崇高文化等路径,可实现两大教育体系从形式结合到实质协同融合的转变,帮助学生在改造客观世界的实践中不断提升主观世界改造的自觉性,实现马克思主义理论从“批判的武器”到“武器的批判”的转化,为培育担当民族复兴大任的时代新人提供理论与实践支撑。
