국문 초록

This study evaluated the skin regeneration effects of an all-in-one cream containing sucralfate after facial MTS treatment. The study was conducted as a random assignment, double-blind, prospective study with 30 healthy women aged 35-50 years, divided into three groups: experimental group (sucralfate-containing all-in-one cream, n=10), control group 1 (cica ingredient cream, n=10), and control group 2 (basic cosmetics, n=10). Over 8 weeks, skin conditions were measured four times (pre-experiment, week 1, 4, and 8) for moisture content, pore size, pigmentation, and wrinkles. After 8 weeks, the experimental group showed significant improvements: a 33.7% increase in moisture content, a 36.3% decrease in pore size, a 29.5% decrease in pigmentation, and a 37.9% decrease in wrinkles (p<0.001). Neither control group showed significant changes. Significant differences between the experimental and control groups were observed from week 4, with the most evident differences at week 8 (p<0.001). The results demonstrate that the all-in-one cream containing sucralfate is effective for skin regeneration after MTS treatment, particularly in improving moisture content and wrinkles, while also showing significant effects on pore size reduction and pigmentation improvement.
