불확실성을 배경으로 미래교육의 대응 전략 - OECD가 발표한’Trends Shaping Education 2008-2022’보고서를 바탕으로

국문 초록

세계경제협력개발기구 (OECD) 의 'Trends Shaping Education' 시리즈 보고서는 지금까지 모두 6건이 발표되었다. 이 일련의 보고서는 전 세계 사회, 경제, 과학 기술 분야의 발전 추이를 분석하고 이러한 추이가 교육에 미치는 영향을 예측하여 미래 교육의 나아갈 방향을 제시하였다. 이와 함께 보고서는 미래의 불확실성에 대비한 교육 전략을 제시했다. 첫째, 세계화와 탈세계화 두 가지 상반되는 추세가 모두 강화되고 있으며 교육은 인류운명공동체 구축을 촉진하는 역할을 한다; 둘쨰, 고령화 사회에 대응하기 위해 평생교육은 이러한 문제를 해결하는 중요한 방법 중 하나이다; 셋쨰，교육 등 분야에서의 정보기술의 윤리문제를 규범화 하기 위한 정책 수립이 가속화되고 있다; 넷째, 미래 일자리의 생성과 소멸에대비해 직업교육을 강화하는 것은 각국 정부가 보편적으로 취하고 있는 정책이다.

영문 초록

A total of six reports have been released so far in the series of Trends Shaping Education reports released by OECD. This series of reports analyzes the development trend of global social, economic, scientific and technological fields, predicts the impact of these trends on education, and preliminarily outlines the development picture of education in the future. Globalization, aging, information technology development and workplace change are the common concerns of the report. At the same time, the report also proposes educational strategies to deal with future uncertainties. The two opposite trends of globalizationand anti-globalization are strengthening, and education plays a role in promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind; In order to cope with the aging society, lifelong education is one of the important ways to solve these problems; In order to regulate the ethical issues of information technology in education and other fields, the corresponding policies are being accelerated; In order to cope with the increase and disappearance of future job positions, strengthening vocational education is a common policy adopted by governments of all countries.
