국문 초록

From the perspective of the Marxist view of civilization, ecological protection is an important part of the development of human civilization. In the exploration of socialist civilization in China in the new era, the relationship between human and nature has obtained a new and profound understanding in practice. Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization has constructed a scientific theoretical logic and practical logic, and put forward a systematic path for ecological governance in ethnic - minority areas, which demonstrates the scientific nature of the ecological-civilization governance theory for ethnic - minority areas in Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization in the new era. The generation logic of the ecological governance theory for ethnic - minority areas in Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization combines the reality of ethnic - minority areas and innovates the governance ideas. It also emphasizes that in practice, we should adhere to the combination of the Party's leadership, the united front, the system of regional ethnic autonomy and the specific work main line of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. And we should rely on the dual - drive of professional talent cultivation and new governance methods of scientific and technological innovation to achieve the symbiotic development of ecological civilization in ethnic - minority areas and modern Chinese civilization.

영문 초록

在马克思主义文明观视阈下，生态保护是人类文明发展的重要环节，在新时代中国特色社会主义文明探索中人与自然的关系在实践中获得了新的深刻理解。习近平生态文明思想建构了科学的理论逻辑与现实逻辑，并提出了民族地区生态治理的系统路径，这彰显了新时代习近平生态文明思想中民族地区生态文明治理理论所蕴含的科学性。习近平生态文明思想中民族地区生态治理理论的生成逻辑结合了民族地区的实际创新了治理思路，并强调在实践中要坚持党的领导、统一战线和民族区域自治制度与铸牢中华民族共同体意识的具体工作主线相结合，培养专业人才与科技创新治理新方式双轮驱动来实现我国民族地区生态文明与中华民族现代文明的共生发展。
