다문화가족 청소년의사회적 차별경험이 학교 폭력범죄 피해에 미치는 영향 : 심층면접연구를 통한 양적연구의 보완

국문 초록

이 연구는 한국여성정책연구원에서 2015년에 실시한 전국다문화가족 실태조사에서 제시된 2차 자료를 통하여, 다문화가족 청소년의 사회적 차별경험이 학교 폭력범죄 피해에 미치는 영향을 이중매개효과 분석과 조절효과 분석의 결과를 토대로 심층면담을 통하여 비교하고 보완하였다. 양적연구에서는 사회적 차별을 긴장을 유발시키거나 취약성을 만드는 중요한 원인행위로 보고 이를 독립변수로 설정하였고, 우울감과 학교적응의 매개여부를 각각 알아본 후에 우울감과 학교적응이 독립변수인 사회적 차별경험과 종속변수인 학교 폭력범죄 피해와의 사이에 이중매개효과를 가지는지 검증하였다. 또한 우울감과 학교적응사이에 사회적 지지가 조절하는지를 검증하였다. 이중매개효과에 대한 검증결과에서는 다문화가족 청소년의 차별경험이 학교 폭력범죄 피해와 직접적인 영향이 없음에도 불구하고, 우울감과 학교적응을 매개로 학교 폭력범죄 피해에 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조절효과에 대한 검증결과에서는 사회적 지지의 조절효과가 유의미하게 있음이 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 심층면담연구를 실시한 결과 양적연구에서 나타난 가설의 검증결과를 매우 지지하였다. 이러한 지지결과를 바탕으로 정책적 제안을 하였으며 연구의 한계점도 제사하였다. 이 연구는 양적연구를 바탕으로 실시한 질적연구이며 연구방향을 선도하고 연구의 설명력을 높인다는 측면에서 의의가 높다.

영문 초록

In this study, through the second data presented in the National Survey of Multicultural Families conducted by the Korea Women's Policy Institute in 2015, the effects of social discrimination experiences of multicultural families on the victims of school violence were compared and supplemented through in - depth interviews based on the results of the double - mediated effect analysis and the control effect analysis. In the quantitative study, social discrimination was regarded as an important factor causing tension or vulnerability and it was set as an independent variable. After examining depression and mediation of school adaptation, depression and school adjustment were independent variables, social discrimination experience And the double-mediated effect of the dependent variable, school violence crime. Also, it was verified whether the social support between depression and school adjustment was controlled. The results of the double mediation test showed that the experience of discrimination among multicultural family youths indirectly affected the school violence crime through the depression and school adaptation despite the direct impact of school violence crime. The moderating effect of the moderating effect showed that the moderating effect of social support was significant. Based on these results, we conducted in-depth interviews and supported the results of the hypotheses in quantitative research. Based on the results of this support, I made a policy proposal and also offered a limitation of the study. This study is a qualitative study based on quantitative research, and it is significant in terms of leading research direction and enhancing explanatory power of research.
