자기효능감이 대형 화재 두려움에 미치는 영향 연구 - 정보 유용성의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 현대 사회에서 지속적으로 발생하는 대형 화재의 발생 원인과 예방에 있어 기존의 정책적 접근이 아닌 개인적 차원에서 자기효능감과 대형 화재 두려움의 관계를 정보 유용성을 통해 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 우리나라 전국 단위의 만 19세~69세, 16개 시도별, 성별, 연령별 1,100명을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하였고 SPSS 29.0을 활용하여 통계분석을 실시하였으며 인구 사회학적 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도분석, 각 변수들 간 관계를 확인하고자 상관관계분석 및 요인분석, 자기효능감과 대형 화재 두려움의 관계에서 정보 유용성이 매개하는지 검증을 위해 회귀분석 및 매개효과 검증, Sobel-test를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 자기효능감이 높아질수록 정보 유용성이 높아졌으며, 자기효능감이 높아질수록 대형 화재 두려움이 낮아지는 것으로 분석되었으며 자기효능감과 대형 화재 두려움의 관계에서 정보 유용성이 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구에서 쓰일 기초자료가 될 것이라는 것에 연구 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and fear of large-scale fire at the individual level, rather than the existing policy approaches to the causes and prevention of large-scale fire that continue to occur in modern society, through information usefulness. For this purpose, data were collected through an online survey of 1,100 people aged 19 to 69 years old, 16 provinces, gender, and age at the national level in Korea, and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 29.0. Frequency analysis was conducted to examine demographic characteristics, correlation analysis and factor analysis were conducted to check the relationship between each variable, and regression analysis, mediation effect test, and Sobel test were conducted to verify whether information usability mediates the relationship between self-efficacy and fear of large-scale fire. The results showed that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the information usefulness, and the higher the self-efficacy, the lower the fear of large-scale fire, and the partial mediation effect of information usefulness on the relationship between self-efficacy and fear of large-scale fire was confirmed. The significance of the study is that the results will serve as a basis for future research.
