청소년의 디지털 기기 중독이 학교생활 부적응과 자아 정체감 형성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 청소년의 디지털 중독예방 및 재활정책과 자아 정체감에 따라 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향과 교육적 방안을 제시하고자 함에 있다. 주요 대상은 부산 및 대구와 경북 지역의 청소년에 대한 설문조사 분석을 통해 총 5개의 가설 검증을 위해 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관 분석, 다중회귀분석, PROCESS macro의 Model 8을 활용하였다. 분석 결과 청소년의 디지털중독 예방·재활 정책이 학교생활 적응과 청소년의 디지털중독 예방·재활 정책이 자아 정체감에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 청소년의 디지털중독 예방·재활정책과 학교생활 적응 간에 자아 정체감의 매개효과에서 자아 정체감은 유의미한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 지지는 매개된 조절 효과를 가지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 연구에서는 예측할 수 있는 요인 간의 인과관계를 명확하게 하기 위한 종단적 연구를 통해 전국단위 광범위한 지역과 다양한 대상자를 상대로 대표성 있는 표본을 확보하여 일반화할 수 있도록 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose educational measures to prevent and rehabilitate adolescents digital device addiction and its impact on their school adjustment according to their self-identity. The main subjects were youths in Busan, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk, and we used factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Model 8 of the PROCESS macro to test a total of five hypotheses. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the adolescents digital device addiction prevention and rehabilitation policy had a positive effect on school adjustment and the adolescent digital device addiction prevention and rehabilitation policy had a positive effect on self-identity. In addition, the mediating effect of self-identity between adolescents digital device addiction prevention and rehabilitation policies and school adjustment was found to have a significant mediating effect of self-identity, while social support did not have a mediated moderating effect. Future research should continue to look at longitudinal studies to clarify the causal relationships between predictive factors, so that generalizations can be made with representative samples from a wide range of geographic areas and diverse populations across the country.
