국문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine and compare the changes in physical function, mental health, and cognitive function of the Malbot(to talk) helper program users on a case-by-case basis, using the Malbot helper home visit program users as an experimental group. As a result of this study, first, the effects of Malbot counseling to talk for the elderly living alone in urban areas are as follows. Second, the elderly's Malbot counseling busses showed a positive effect on the physical health of the elderly. In light of these results, it has been shown that providing peer-to-peer counseling services to the elderly in the city has a positive effect on not only cognitive, emotional, and mental aspects but also physical activity. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of life of the elderly living alone in urban areas, it is necessary to induce emotional, psychological, and mental stability and induce physical activity through peer counseling services of the same age.
