창의적 정체감과 그릿의 관계에서 실수에 대한 인식의 매개효과: 차세대영재기업인 학생을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 차세대영재기업인 학생들을 대상으로 창의적 정체감, 실수에 대한 인식, 그릿 간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 차세대영재기업인 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 242명의 학생(여학생 98명, 남학생 144명)이 본 연구에 참여하였으며, 창의적 정체감, 실수에 대한 인식, 그릿을 자기보고식으로 측정하였다. 분석 결과, 창의적 정체감과 그릿의 하위요인인 ‘노력지속’ 간의 관계에서 실수에 대한 인식 중 ‘실수로부터 학습’의 매개효과는 유의하게 나타났으나, ‘실수 위험 감수’, ‘실수에 따른 긴장’의 매개효과는 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 한편 창의적 정체감과 그릿의 하위요인인 ‘흥미유지’의 관계는 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구결과는 영재기업인 학생들이 실수경험을 긍정적으로 인식하는 것이 이들의 그릿 향상에 매우 중요함을 보여주며, 이러한 매커니즘에서 창의적 정체감도 중요하게 고려해야 할 요소임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study examined the relationships among creative identity, perception of errors, and grit in gifted students enrolled in an entrepreneurship education program. A total of 242 students (98 female, 144 male) participating in the Next Generation Gifted Entrepreneurship Program took part in the study. Creative identity, perception of errors, and grit were measured through self-report questionnaires. The results showed that the perception of errors as a ‘learning from error’ significantly mediated the relationship between creative identity and the grit(perseverance of effort), while ‘error risk taking’ and ‘error strain’ did not show significant mediating effects. On the other hand, the relationship between creative identity and the grit(consistency of interest) was not significant. These findings suggest that positively perceiving error experiences plays a critical role in enhancing grit among gifted entrepreneurship students, and that creative identity should also be considered an important factor in this process.
