국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학조직의 관계혜택이 평생직업교육 만족과 지역정주의식에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적에 따라 구축된 이론적 모형을 검정하기 위해 본 연구는 경기도 지역의 HiVE사업 지역특화분야 및 일반분야 평생직업교육 수강생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 유효한 총 264부의 자료를 실증 분석하였다. 주요 결과로는 첫째, 대학조직의 관계혜택 중에서 심리적 혜택과 고객화 혜택은 평생직업교육 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학조직의 관계혜택 중에서 심리적 혜택과 고객화 혜택은 지역정주의식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 평생직업교육 만족은 대학조직의 관계혜택과 지역정주의식 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 지역소멸 위기에 대응하여 대학조직의 관계혜택과 평생직업교육 만족의 중요성을 강조하였으며, 분석결과를 바탕으로 지역정주의식을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationships among university organization’s relational benefits, lifelong vacational education satisfaction, and local settlement awareness. In order to test the research model constructed, this study conducted a survey with students of regional specialized and general lifelong vocational education in the HiVE project in Gyeonggi-do, and empirically analyzed a total of 264 valid data. The results showed that (1) psychological and customization benefits positively affected lifelong vocational education satisfaction; (2) psychological and customization benefits positively affected local settlement awareness; (3) lifelong vocational education satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between university organization’s relational benefits and local settlement awareness. Finally, this study emphasized the importance of university organization’s relational benefits and lifelong vocational education satisfaction in response to the crisis of regional extinction, which has recently become an issue, and suggested a plan to increase local settlement awareness based on the analysis results.
