국문 초록

중국은 1978년부터 개혁개방을 실시하였고, 1990년대 이후 급속한 경제발전을 이루었다. 이에 따라 전반적인 교육수요가 증가하였다. 특히 초등학교의 경우 학교 수와 학생 수가 더욱 가파르게 증가하였다. 그러나 이처럼 중국에서 증가하는 초등학교의 수와 초등학생의 증가는 몇 가지 도전과제에 직면하게 되었다. 그들의 요구를 충족시키기 위한 교육의 질을 어떻게 높일 것인지와 우수교사진의 충분한 양성과 임용을 어떻게 할 것인지가 바로 가장 중요한 과제이다. 교육의 주체인 교원의 역량이 부족하면 교육을 제대로 할 수 없으며, 교육현장에서 교육을 효과적으로 실행할 수 없다. 이에 미래사회의 발전 추세에 따라 교육 목적을 재설정하고 교육내용을 창의적으로 마련해야 하며 교육과정을 편성하고 효과적인 교수법을 개발하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 이 모든 것을 실현하기 위해서는 훌륭한 교원을 양성해야 한다. 이를 위하여 중국의 초등학교 교원양성은 4년제 대학을 중심으로 양성함으로써 교사의 학력을 제고하여야 한다. 또한 시대적인 흐름을 빠르게 반영함으로써 예비교사의 자질 함양과 능력 신장에 주력하여야 한다. 최근 중국을 포함한 세계 사회는 인공지능과 빅데이터 등을 주축으로 하는 디지털사회에 진입하였다. 학교교육 또한 이러한 디지털의 발전에 영향을 받아 교육내용과 교육방법에 있어 많은 변화를 보이고 있다. 이러한 사실은 교원양성 과정에서 디지털교육이 필수적으로 이루어져야 한다.

영문 초록

China has implemented reform and opening since 1978 and has achieved rapid economic development since the 1990s. Accordingly, the overall demand for education increased. In particular, the number of elementary schools and students increased even more rapidly. However, the increasing number of elementary schools and the increasing number of elementary school students in China face several challenges. The most important task is improving the quality of education to meet their needs and sufficiently cultivating and appointing excellent teaching images. Education cannot be properly conducted and effectively implemented in the educational field if the teacher’s ability, who is the subject of education, is insufficient. Therefore, it is important to reset educational objectives, prepare educational content creatively, organize curriculums, and develop effective teaching methods by the development trend of the future society. However, in order to realize all of these, it is necessary to cultivate good teachers. To this end, the education of teachers in elementary schools in China should be improved by training them centered on four-year universities. In addition, it is necessary to focus on cultivating the qualities and enhancing pre-service teachers’ abilities by quickly reflecting the trend of the times. Recently, global society, including China, has entered a digital society centered on artificial intelligence and big data. School education also shows many changes in educational content and teaching methods, affected by this digital development. This fact requires digital education in the process of teacher training.
