국문 초록

고등 교육은 교육, 과학기술과 인재를 연결하는 핵심 중추로서 사회 생산력 향상에서 기초적인 역할을 하고 있다. 대학은 그 독특한 우세를 충분히 발휘하여 신질 생산력 발전을 가속화하는 혁신 경로를 적극적으로 모색해야 한다. 이는 과학기술 혁신과 인재 양성의 협동 발전을 추진할 뿐만 아니라, 혁신 사슬, 인재 사슬과 산업 사슬의 유기적인 융합을 실현하여 중국식 현대화 건설에 강력한 지원을 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구는 대학이 신질 생산력을 강화하는 중점 분야에 초점을 맞추고 학과 전공구조, 인재 양성 모델, 교원 양성, 연구 성과 전환, 고효율 사회 서비스 등 분야에서 대학이 신질 생산력 발전을 추진하는 실행 가능한 경로를 체계적으로 정리하여, 고등 교육이 국가 전략에 기여할 수 있는 이론과 실천적 참고 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Higher education, as a core hub connecting education, technology, and talent, plays a fundamental role in enhancing social productivity. Universities should give full play to their unique advantages and actively explore practical ways to promote the development of new quality productivity. This can not only promote the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and talent cultivation, but also achieve the organic integration of innovation chain, talent chain and industrial chain, providing strong support for the construction of Chinese path to modernization. This article focuses on the key areas of empowering new quality productivity in universities, systematically sorting out feasible paths for universities to promote the development of new quality productivity from the aspects of professional structure, talent cultivation, faculty team, achievement transformation, and serving society, in order to provide practical theoretical and practical references for higher education to serve the national strategy.
