뷰티전공 성인학습자의 온라인강의 품질이 학습만족도 및 학습효과성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 뷰티전공 성인학습자를 대상으로 하여 블렌디드러닝 수업 중 온라인강의 품질이 학습만족도 및 학습효과성에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보고자 하였고, 학습만족도는 온라인강의 품질과 학습효과성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상자는 뷰티전공 성인학습자 235명이 최종분석에 적용되었고 자료분석방법은 SPSS v. 21.0을 활용하였다. 각 변수의 타당성 검증결과, 온라인강의 품질은 교수자중재, 내용충실성, 활용편의성의 3개 요인으로, 학습만족도와 학습효과성은 단일요인으로 도출되었다. 가설 검증결과, 뷰티전공 온라인강의 품질은 교수자중재, 내용충실성이 높을수록 학습만족도와 학습효과성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났고, 온라인강의 품질은 학습만족도가 높을수록 학습효과성도 높아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 온라인강의 품질과 학습효과성의 관계에서 학습만족도의 매개효과를 분석한 결과 1, 2단계에서는 온라인강 품질의 하위요인인 교수자중재, 내용충실성, 활용편의성은 매개변수인 학습만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 매개조건을 충족하였다. 3단계에서는 독립변수인 교수자중재, 내용충실성, 활용편의성의 회귀계수가 2단계보다 감소하면서 여전히 유의미하였고, 매개변수인 학습만족도도 유의미하게 나타나 학습만족도는 뷰티전공 온라인강의 품질의 하위요인별 교수자중재, 내용충실성, 활용편의성이 학습효과성에 미치는 영향을 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결론은 뷰티전공 성인학습자의 원격강의 품질은 교수자중재, 내용충실성, 활용편의성이 높을수록 학습만족도와 학습효과성은 높이는데 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the impact of online lectures quality in blended-learning on learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness among adult Beauty Major students. The research findings are as follows. First, regarding whether the quality of Beauty Major distance-learning had a significant positive (+) impact on learning satisfaction, the independent variables of 'instructor intervention' and 'content thoroughness' were found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on learning satisfaction. Second, regarding whether the quality of Beauty Major online lectures had a significant positive (+) impact on learning effectiveness, the independent variables of 'instructor intervention', 'content thoroughness', and 'ease of use' were found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on learning effectiveness. Third, regarding whether learning satisfaction had a significant positive (+) impact on learning effectiveness, learning satisfaction was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on learning effectiveness. Fourth, regarding whether learning satisfaction mediates the relationship between the quality of Beauty Major online lectures and learning effectiveness, the following was observed: In phases 1 and 2, the sub-factors of online lectures quality ― 'instructor intervention', 'content thoroughness,' and 'ease of use' ― had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on the mediating variable, learning satisfaction, there by satisfying the mediation conditions. In phase 3, the regression coefficients for the independent variables 'instructor intervention', 'content thoroughness', and 'ease of use' decreased compared to phase 2
