국문 초록

This paper collects relevant literature from CNKI, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, and employs a literature‐review methodology to examine the impact of artificial intelligence on the demographic dividend. It delves into AI’s effects on the economy, the labor market, and regional disparities, and proposes a series of strategies to shift the demographic dividend from a “quantitative” to a “qualitative” phase. These strategies include: further deepening educational reform initiatives; formulating appropriate regional development policies that support innovation and upgrading in eastern regions while fostering growth in central and western regions; and building and improving social security systems to mitigate inequities brought about by technological advancement. Finally, the paper identifies current gaps in the existing research.

영문 초록

本文针对人工智能给人口红利造成的影响展开研究，运用文献综述法，借助中国知网CNKI、Web of Science 以及Google Scholar 数据库来搜集各类文献，随后加以提炼分析。文章还探讨了人工智能在经济方面、劳动力市场当中以及不同地区所产生的影响，并且给出推动人口红利从“数量型人口红利”朝着“质量型人口红利”转变的一系列对策，包括进一步深化教育改革举措；制定适宜的区域发展策略，为东部的创新升级给予支持，助力中西部地区实现提升；构建并完善社会保障体系，对技术进步引发的不平衡现象予以缓解。最后还指明了当下相关研究存在的不足之处。
