국문 초록

Centered on President Xi Jinping’s pivotal discourse regarding the Beijing Winter Olympic Spirit, an analysis is conducted on its generative logic, conceptual essence, fundamental attributes, and value implications. These expositions are grounded in the grand practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, synthesizing Marxist foundational principles with China’s traditional cultural heritage while incorporating the core tenets of the Olympic spirit. The Beijing Winter Olympic Spirit, anchored in the ethos of “bearing in mind the big picture, being confident and open, rising to the challenges, pursuing excellence, and creating a better future together”, not only perpetuates the Olympic spirit but also constitutes a vital element of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. This conceptual framework provides strategic guidance for China’s sports development, fosters international athletic collaboration, enriches global sports culture integration, and delivers robust ideological momentum for realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.

영문 초록

基于习近平关于北京冬奥精神的重要论述，分析其生成逻辑、内涵意蕴、基本特征及其价值意义。习近平的论述根植于新时代中国特色社会主义的伟大实践，融合了马克思主义基本原理与中华优秀传统文化，吸收了奥林匹克精神的核心内涵。北京冬奥精神以“胸怀大局、自信开放、迎难而上、追求卓越、共创未来”为核心，不仅继承奥林匹克精神，更是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。该论述为中国体育事业指明了方向，促进了国际体育交流，丰富了全球体育文化的融合，并为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供了强大的精神动力。
