국문 초록

현재 진행 중인 우크라이나-러시아 전쟁에서 가장 돋보이는 전술적 수준의 무기체계는 FPV 자폭드론이다. 우크라이나군은 FPV 자폭드론과 기존 재래전력을 융복합하여 소부대가 구사할 수 있는 제병협동 화력전투, 드론 매복전투, 대드론 전투 등 다양한 전투수행방법을 창안하고 있다. 한국군이 이를 적용하기 위해서는 군사혁신 차원에서 기존 제병협동 교리에 FPV 자폭드론 운용 방법을 포함하여 워게임을 통해 최적화할 필요가 있다. 이와 함께, 한국군은 국내 FPV 자폭드론 소부장 생태계가 조성될 수 있도록 소요를 제기하고, 민간 부문에서 빠르게 발전되는 드론 기술을 실시간 습득할 수 있는 민군협력체계을 강화하며, METT+TC에 따라 FPV 자폭드론을 자작할 수 있는 드론 공방을 운용할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The most impressive weapon system at the level of tactics on the Ukraine-Russia War is the first person view(FPV) kamikaze drones. The Ukrainian Armed Forces has been deveolping diverse tactics that small units are able to carry out intertwining FPV kamikaze drones and existing conventional weapons such as conbined arms firepower battle, drone ambush, counter-drone comabt, etc. The Republic of Korea Armed Forces(ROKAF) needs to include Ukrainian FPV kamikaze drone tactics in existing conbined arms doctrines through war games in terms of revolution in military affairs in order to accept aforementioned Ukrainian tactics. Simultaneously, the ROKAF has to emphasize what its small units immediately need FPV kamikaze drones and those material-part-equipment to create the conditions for forming the drone related industry ecosystem. Along with this, it doesn’t need only to strengthen the civil-military cooperation(CIMIC) system to introduce drone technologies that rapidly advances in the private sector, but it also operates workshops that make its own FPV kamikaze drones according to mission, enemy, terrain, troops, time, and civil considerations(METT+TC).
