국문 초록

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 기업의 경쟁 우위 확보를 위한 핵심 전략으로서 공유리더십의 역할을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 문헌 고찰을 바탕으로 연구 가설을 설정하고, 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집하였다. 조사 대상은 국내 300인 이상의 IT 기업 종사자 294명으로, 구조방정식모델링(SEM)과 부트스트래핑 기법을 사용하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 공유리더십이 팀 창의성 증진에 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 사실이 밝혀졌다. 특히, 팀 신뢰와 지식 공유가 중요한 매개 변수로 작용하여, 팀원 간 협력과 상호작용을 증진시키고 창의적 문제 해결 능력을 향상시키는 데 기여하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 공유리더십이 조직 혁신을 촉진하는 핵심적인 기제임을 입증하였다. 또한, 리더십 훈련 및 지식 공유 프로그램 등의 구체적인 실행 전략을 제시함으로써, 기업들이 4차 산업혁명 시대에 효과적인 리더십을 통해 혁신 역량을 강화할 수 있는 방향을 제시한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study investigates the role of shared leadership as a key strategy for securing competitive advantage in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era. As organizations face unprecedented challenges in rapidly evolving technological landscapes, understanding effective leadership models becomes crucial for innovation and adaptability. A comprehensive survey was conducted with 294 employees from various domestic IT companies, each with more than 300 employees, ensuring a representative sample of the industry. The study employed structural equation modeling (SEM) and bootstrapping techniques for robust data analysis, allowing for the examination of complex relationships between variables. The results provide strong evidence that shared leadership significantly enhances team creativity in IT organizations. Notably, team trust and knowledge sharing emerged as critical mediating variables, facilitating increased cooperation and interaction among team members. These mediators played a substantial role in improving creative problem-solving abilities, highlighting the multifaceted nature of shared leadership's impact on team performance. This research extends our understanding of shared leadership in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and offers practical implementation strategies such as developing leadership training programs and knowledge sharing platforms. By adopting shared leadership practices, organizations can potentially enhance their innovation capacity and maintain competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving technological landscape.
