국문 초록

본 연구는 중국 대학생의 셀프리더십과 학습 몰입 사이의 관계를 탐구하고, 접근 목표와 자기 통제가 이 관계에서 하는 연쇄 매개 역할을 분석한다. 785명의 대학생을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 구조 방정식 모델과 부트스트랩(Bootstrap) 방법을 사용하여 연구 가설을 검증하였다. 데이터 분석은 SPSS 27.0과 AMOS 26.0 소프트웨어를 사용하며, 기술 통계, 차이 분석 및 상관 분석 등 방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 셀프리더십, 접근 목표 및 자기 통제는 각각 대학생의 학습 몰입에 긍정적인 가진다. (2) 접근 목표는 셀프리더십과 학습 몰입 사이에서 유의한 매개 역할을 한다. (3) 자기 통제도 마찬가지로 셀프리더십과 학습 몰입 사이에서 매개 역할을 한다. (4) 접근 목표는 자기 통제를 통해 연쇄 매개 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 대학생 학습 몰입의 향상 메커니즘에 대한 이론적 근거를 제공하며, 대학에서 셀프리더십과 자기 통제력 육성을 강화하고, 학생들의 학업 발전을 추진하기 위해 개인 맞춤형 지도 계획을 수립하는 것을 강조한다.

영문 초록

This study examines the relationship between self-leadership and learning engagement among Chinese college students, emphasizing the chain-mediating roles of approach goals and self-control. I conduct survey on 785 undergraduate students. Then, I employ structural equation modeling with Bootstrap to test the hypotheses. I use SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 26.0 for empirical analysis, incorporating descriptive statistics, difference and correlation analysis. The results indicate that: (1) self-leadership, approach goals, and self-control each can significantly and positively influence learning engagement; (2) approach goals play a significant mediating role in the relationship between self-leadership and learning engagement; (3) self-control also mediates the relationship between self-leadership and learning engagement; and (4) approach goals have an additional chain-mediating effect via self-control. These findings provide theoretical insights into the mechanisms that can enhance learning engagement. Also, the results suggest that universities strengthen students’ self-leadership and self-control abilities, and formulate personalized guidance plans to support their academic development.
