『한국차학회 학술대회발표집』(1995-2024)을 통해 본 학술 발표의 시기별 동향과 장소 유형의 트렌드 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 『한국차학회 학술대회발표집』(1995-2024)에 나타난 학술 발표와 장소 유형을 10년 단위, 3기로 구분하여 그 동향을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 구두 발표는 총 538회였고, 시기별로 보면 207회(38.5%) → 167회(31.0%) → 164회(30.5%) 순으로 발표 수가 하향 추세인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 신청시스템에서 초청시스템으로 바뀐데 원인이 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째, 포스터 발표는 총 934편이었고, 시기별로 보면 370편(39.6%) → 564편(60.4%)으로 20. 8% 증가한 것으로 나타났으며 지속적인 상향 추세에 있는 학술 발표로 나타났다. 셋째, 국내학술대회 주제에 나타난 핵심어를 분석한 결과, 2기는 우리차, 차문화, 차품질평가, 학교급식으로서 녹차, 건강, 힐링이 대표성을 지닌 용어로 나타났고, 3기는 차문화, 차산업, 차과학이 가장 많이 등장하였고, 세계 속의 한국차, 품질평가기준, 기능성이 대표성을 지녔으며, 4차산업혁명, 위드코로나시대, 지속가능성은 시의성 있는 핵심어로 나타났다. 넷째, 학술대회 총 58회에 나타난 장소는 10유형, 33 개최장소로 집계되었다. 1, 2, 3기의 대표적인 장소 유형은 대학교(40%) → 대학교·컨벤션센터(85%:40%· 45%) → 컨벤션센터(56%)로 나타났으며, 근래는 호텔리조트가 학술대회 개최 장소로 선호되고 있어서 트렌드변화를 볼 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the characteristics of academic presentations and venue types that appeared in The Korean Tea Society's Academic Conference Presentation Collection (1995-2024). First, 538 oral presentations were conducted, with 207 presentations in the first period (38.5%), 167 presentations in the second period (31.0%), and 164 presentations in the third period (30.5%). This was attributed to the change from the application system to the invitation system. Second, 934 poster presentations were announced, with a 20.8% increase to 370 presentations in the first period and 564 presentations in the third period. Poster presentations were identified as a continuous and significant improvement in academic presentations. Third, an analysis of the key words in the list of themes at domestic academic conferences showed that Woori Tea (Korean tea) and tea culture appeared three times each, tea quality evaluation and tea industry twice each, and other key words with timeliness were green tea as school meals, health, and healing. In the third period, tea culture and tea industry appeared four times; Korean tea in the world three times; tea science, quality evaluation standards, and functionality appeared twice; and the timely themes were the 4th Industrial Revolution, the COVID-19 era, and sustainability. In addition, tea culture and tea science were the most common key words for international academic conferences, with four each. The tea industry, 6th industry, tea globalization, and East Asia were identified once each. Fourth, the venues that appeared in 58 academic conferences were identified as 10 types and 33 detailed places. The types of venues examined over the three periods were universities (40%), universities and convention centers 85% (40%·45%), and convention centers (56%). In recent years, hotels and resorts have been preferred as places for academic conferences, so changes in trends can be confirmed.
