국문 초록

The reform of education, science, and technology personnel system and mechanism as a whole is an important driving force for the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating people with integrity in higher education. This paper analyzes the connotation and current situation of the reform of education, science, and technology personnel system and mechanism as a whole and the reform of ideological and political education in higher education, clarifies the relationship between the two, and points out the problems of reform in the aspects of talent introduction and development, the construction of “Internet +” science and technology integration practice platforms, the cultivation of cross-disciplinary capabilities, and the lack of policy orientation and incentive mechanisms in reform policies in the context of the reform of education, science, and technology personnel system and mechanism as a whole. It is clear that in the new situation, higher education ideological and political education should rely on the reform of education, science, and technology personnel system and mechanism as a whole, adhere to a systematic educational policy layout, achieve basic promotion; innovate interdisciplinary science and technology integration platforms, achieve all-round support; build professional teaching teams, achieve the main support, and enhance the quality of higher education ideological and political education to cultivate socialist builders and successors with strong political qualities and comprehensive capabilities.

영문 초록

教育科技人才体制机制一体改革是高校思政课教学落实立德树人根本任务的重要推动力。本文分析了教育科技人才体制机制一体改革以及高校思政课教学改革的内涵及现状,厘清了二者之间的关系,指出了在教育科技人才体制机制一体改革视域下高校思政课教学在人才引进及发展、“互联网+”科技融合实践平台的搭建及跨学科能力的培养、改革政策缺乏政策导向与激励机制等几方面问题,明确在新形势下高校思政课教学要依托教育科技人才体制机制一体改革,坚持系统教育政策布局,实现基础性推进;创新学科科技融合平台,实现全方位助力;打造专业人才教学队伍,实现主体性支撑,提升高校思政课教学质量,培养政治素质硬、综合能力强的社会主义建设者和接班人。
