국문 초록

The precise dissemination of red culture is a new form of accurate integration and effective collaboration of all elements and links in the red culture dissemination system. Empowering the precise dissemination of red culture with artificial intelligence is not only a natural response to the development of artificial intelligence technology, but also a practical need to address the challenges of digital survival and enhance the targeted dissemination of red culture. In terms of operational mechanism, the empowerment of artificial intelligence for the precise dissemination of red culture mainly follows the process logic of “precise identification and analysis - precise supply and matching - precise prediction and evaluation”, aiming to accurately play the role of red culture in providing political and educational support. The deep integration of artificial intelligence and the precise dissemination of red culture requires the use of artificial intelligence technology to create a full chain precision, resonance point precision, and technical precision for the precise dissemination of red culture from multiple perspectives such as three-dimensional, storytelling, and intelligence. This will enable the implementation and effectiveness of artificial intelligence in empowering the precise dissemination of red culture.

영문 초록

红色文化精准传播是红色文化传播系统全要素全环节精准对接、有效协同的新形态。以人工智能赋能红色文化精准传播，既是顺应人工智能技术发展的应然之举，也是应对人数字化生存挑战、提升红色文化传播针对性的现实需求。在运行机制上，人工智能赋能红色文化精准传播主要遵循“精准识别与分析—精准供给与匹配—精准预测与评价”的过程逻辑，旨在精准发挥红色文化资政育人的功能。人工智能与红色文化精准传播深度融合，需要依托人工智能技术从立体化、故事化、智能化等多维进路，打造红色文化精准传播的全链路精准、共鸣点精准和技术性精准，以实现人工智能赋能红色文化精准传播落地见效。
