국문 초록

Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, is a crucial element of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, as well as an important part of China’s socialist modernization. Xi Jinping Thought on Culture has the guiding ideology of the Marxism cultural theory, which is the crystallization of the CPC’s century-long practice of cultural construction, and is also an organic part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, with distinctive characteristics of the times. By scientific examining the core meaning of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture in the four dimensions of safeguard theory, mission theory, goal theory, and value theory, we can clarify its value implication in focusing on cultural security, firming up cultural self-confidence, constructing a strong cultural country, and enhancing cultural influence. In practicing Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, it is necessary to adhere to the leadership of the Party, firm cultural confidence, adhere to the righteousness and innovation, and tell a good Chinese story, so as to ensure the correct direction of the cultural construction in the new era, write a magnificent chapter of the cultural construction in the new era, better promote the construction of a modernized and culturally strong country, and highlight the great contribution of Chinese culture to the whole of mankind.

영문 초록

习近平文化思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的一个重要内容，也是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要组成部分。习近平文化思想坚持以马克思主义文化观为指导，是中国共产党百余年文化建设实践的结晶，也是中华优秀传统文化的一个有机组成部分，具有鲜明的时代特色。从保障论、使命论、目标论、价值论的四重维度科学研判习近平文化思想的核心要义，可明确其在注重文化安全、坚定文化自信、建设文化强国和增强文化影响等方面的价值意蕴。践行习近平文化思想，要坚持党的领导、坚定文化自信、坚持守正创新、讲好中国故事，从而确保新时代文化建设的正确航向，谱写新时代文化建设的华丽篇章，更好推动现代化文化强国建设，彰显出中华文化对全人类的伟大贡献。
