국문 초록

Marx’s democratic thought and capitalist democratic thought have significant differences. Capitalism’s understanding of democracy is mostly static and one-sided, while Marx’s so-called democracy is changing and developing, with class and historical, specific and special characteristics. In the natural community, democracy appears in its most primitive form and is the fundamental principle for the organization and management of clans and tribes; In the “illusory community”, democracy is subordinate to the state and has become a means and tool of class struggle. Compared with slavery and feudal societies, capitalist democracy has developed to a certain extent and people’s rights have been realized in form; In a true community, the means of production are publicly owned, economic democracy provides the possibility for political democracy, the people become masters of their own affairs, and democracy returns to its original meaning. In short, democracy evolves continuously with the advancement of the community.

영문 초록

马克思的民主思想和资本主义民主思想具有显著差异。资本主义对民主的认识大多是静态的、片面的，而马克思所谓的民主是变化的、发展的，具有阶级性和历史性、具体性和特殊性。在“自然共同体中”中，民主以最原始的形式出现，是氏族和部落组织和管理的基本原则；在“虚幻共同体”中，民主处于国家之下，成为阶级斗争的手段和工具，和奴隶制和封建制社会相比，资本主义民主得到一定程度的发展，人民权利在形式上得以实现；在“真正共同体”中，生产资料实现公有，经济民主为政治民主提供了可能，人民实现当家作主，民主回归本义。总之，民主伴随“共同体”的向前发展而不断演变。
