국문 초록

The digital era, characterized by the wide application of digital technology, brought about by the interconnection and integration of digital information technology and various fields of social life, such as economy, culture and education, has provided a brand-new spatial and temporal space and space for dialogue for the ideological and political education of young people. Youth ideological and political education in the digital era presents a new picture of more flexible and autonomous subjects, more abundant and diversified resources, more diversified and novel forms, and more intelligent and precise effects. Based on the Marxist “technologysociety” point of view, digital technology can also be used improperly and have negative effects, which is manifested in the fact that digital technology makes the current ideological and political education of young people have a complex educational environment, marginalization of the main body of education, closed educational objects, low-quality educational resources and negative educational effects and other realities of the dilemma. In this regard, we can start from “regulating the ideological and political education environment, creating a harmonious digital space; enhancing the digital literacy of teachers, strengthening the main position of teachers; clarifying the algorithmic recommendation mechanism, breaking the barrier of the information cocoon; building a strong digital platform to enhance the quality of educational resources; enhancing the effectiveness of digital empowerment, and returning to the central position of the students”, and strive to promote the quality development of youth ideological and political education in the digital era.

영문 초록

数字信息技术与经济、文化、教育等社会生活各个领域互嵌融合所带来的以数字技术广泛应用为表征的数字时代,为青年思想政治教育提供了全新的时空场域与对话空间。数字时代青年思想政治教育呈现出育人主体更加灵活自主、育人资源更加丰富多样、育人形式更加多样新颖、育人实效更加智慧精准的崭新图景。基于马克思主义“技术-社会”观点,数字技术也会因利用不当而出现负面效果,表现为数字技术使得当前青年思想政治教育存在教育环境复杂化、教育主体边缘化、教育客体封闭化、教育资源低质化和教育效果负向化等现实困境。为此,可从“规制思政教育环境,营造和谐数字空间;提升教师数字素养,强化教师主体地位;明晰算法推荐机制,破除信息茧房藩篱;建强数字平台阵地,提升教育资源质量;增强数字赋能实效,回归学生中心地位”方面入手,着力推进数字时代青年思想政治教育高质量发展。
