국문 초록

본 연구에서는 현실치료와 인지행동 집단상담 프로그램이 가정폭력 관련 수강명령을 받은 행위자와 그 피해자들에게 가정폭력 관련 문제들을 극복하는데 있어서 효과적인 도움을 주는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 대구와 부산 소재 가정폭력상담소에 위탁된 교육대상자 중 피해자와 함께 프로그램에 참가할 수 있는 14쌍을 대상으로 동질집단을 구성하였다. 이들을 대상으로 총 12주간 프로그램을 진행하였으며, 프로그램 시작 시점과 종료 시점에 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구에 사용된 검사도구는 의사소통양식척도, 갈등해결능력척도, 스트레스 대처방식 척도 등이었다. 자료 분석은 사전점수와 사후점수를 비교하는 대응표본 t 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 현실치료와 인지행동치료 프로그램은 가정폭력 행위자의 의사소통능력(쌍방), 갈등해결능력에, 가정폭력 피해자의 갈등해결능력에 있어서 유의한 차이를 가져왔다. 행위자와 피해자를 통합한 집단 전체 점수에서는 의사소통(쌍방), 갈등해결행동, 스트레스대처방식에서 유의한 차이를 보였다.

영문 초록

This research endeavors to investigate an effectiveness of reality therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy on the abusers of domestic violence , who attends group therapy program under the court order and the victims of the violence. The subject of this research is constituted with 14 married couples who were ordered to attend group therapy sessions provided by Daegu and Busan Family Violence Counseling Center by the court. 12 weeks counseling session is provided and pre and post-counseling surveys were conducted . Communication style scale, conflict-coping strategy scale, stress-coping strategy scales are applied as instruments of measurement and t-test that compares scores of pre and post-counseling scores is conducted. The results of the research indicates statistically significant differences exist, which suggest an effectiveness of the group counseling program that enhance a capability of problem-solving in the area of mutual communication ability of domestic violence abuser and conflict-coping capacity while it also improves conflict-coping capability of the victim of family violence. In regards to group's total score of abuser and victim, statistically significant differences are indicated in the area of communication (mutual) style, conflict-coping behavior and responsive mechanism to stress.
