영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to establish a theory of tourism events through the development of new regional tourism events which is in Yangyang area as the name of the cluster festival. And also this study could possible to present that as the tourism event of international scare for a regional festival activation as well as the solution of regional financial settlement. As the method of study, we run paralleled to literature study by using publications, paper, and information regarding regional tourism event and case study which studied on yangyang cluster festival and also personal interview investigation of civil participants. Yangyang Cluster Festival's organization committee is required to make up for the weak points in the current system through such plans as the structural improvement, the expansion of experts, The various programs, the security of revenues by new business development and the various public information towards the regional inhabitants. Connected with this conditions, the regional government must enhance the regional characters, develop its culture and art, raise the inhabitants's identities through connection with other festivals, develop the existed facilities in relation to the festival, produce the items connected with the festival.
