영문 초록

In mordern society, more systematized management of accommodation and a supplement for legal issues are required as the guests have various preferences and demands. It is important to prepare a foundation to attract tourists and good opportunity for enhancing the prestige of the country. As a global economy integration, tourism industry has been concentrated on multi-international management activities to develop significantly. Particularly, as an opening China's market tourists have been constantly increasing but in order to satisfy the guests looking for priced hotels, as expansion of accommodations is required to give a diverse choices for them. Serviced residence is a mostly fit in with the changes of tourism industry nowadays. Also it has been significantly developed targeting to overseas visitors for middle and long term. However serviced residence industry is distinguished as a real estate rental business, it should be quickly settled with institutional care and solutions. At current, serviced residence have been accommodating overseas visitors staying for middle a long term also FIT and group guests. It has controversially caused conflicts with domestic hotels, at this point it is important to establish a clear border.
