국문 초록

This study comprehensively investigated the relationship between the participation motivation and satisfaction of participants, which has been long known in the field of marine sports. The data collection period was estimated to be approximately 20 years from 2005 to 2024, and the data processing method was conducted through the Program R and CMA programs to visualize funnel plots, Egger's regression intercept analysis, and effect size analysis. The conclusions drawn from the research results are as follows. First, the influence of the participation motivation of marine sports participants on satisfaction was found to be medium or higher. Second, the effect size was found to be medium or larger depending on the subfactors of the participation motivation of marine sports participants (internal, external, and no motivation), and was in the order of external, internal, and no motivation. In addition, the size between factors was found to be statistically significant.
