영문 초록

This article is to get a goal for analyzing the German environmental policy. Germany as a forerunner has outstandingly taken a role for leading the field of environmental protection. In Germany, all natural environments for life condition are restricted by the law. The crucial symptom of the global destruction originates from such as air & water pollution, ozone depletion, acid rain, change in weather, incurable human disease, Now, the natural environmental affinity in industrial society is a fatal issue with which human beings face. The German environmental policy is especially different from the one of other radical environmentalists who have insisted on the zero percentage of economic growth. Instead, her policy has been pursuing new opportunities both for the continuous economic growth and for creating working jobs, as developing into the industrial modernization of harmonizing with nature and social environment. Moreover, the systematical, academical researches on the issue of environment, focused on the contextual approach, have not been deeply dealt with the cases among the advanced nations of which are embodied the eco-community. In particular, it is hard to find out the approach to environmental issues in the structure of political party but some examples. From this perspective, it is the reason why the case of German environmental conservation is chosen as our object of researching project. Therefore, the article will research the environmental policy of both the German government and her political party, and analyze its various issues on the process of administrating and its direction toward developing the future.
