국문 초록

이 연구는 자원봉사센터 별 조직적 요인에 따라 나타나는 자원봉사 성과 간의 관계를 탐색하고, 궁극적으로는 자원봉사 활성화 방안 모색을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이 연구는 충청남도 시·군 자원봉사센터의 관리자들이 필요한 직무능력 및 자질, 직무에 대한 전문성의 상호 관계를 확인하고, 직무능력 및 자질이 자원봉사 직무 전문성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 자원봉사 교육와의 관련성도 살펴보고자 한다. 요약하면, 첫째, 자원봉사센터 관리자들의 자원봉사에 대한 능력과 자질, 직무 전문성은 대체로 보통에 해당하지만, 사회과학적인 의미에서 보통은 부정적 평가에 가깝다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 자원봉사센터 관리자들의 자원봉사에 대한 능력과 자질은 그들의 직무 전문성에 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 그러나 직무 전문성을 강화하기 위한 교육을 필요로 하고 있으나, 교육에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 높지 않다. 이는 업무에 밀려(정규직), 정보를 알지 못해서(계약직) 교육 참여가 원활하지 않다고 생각한다. 보다 다양한 교육을 통해 그들의 전문성 강화가 필요하다는 점을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between voluntary outcomes according to the organizational factors of the volunteer center, and ultimately to find ways to revitalize volunteer work. The purpose of this study is to identify the interrelationships between job competence, qualities, and expertise required by volunteer managers at the Chungcheongnam-do, and to find out how job abilities and qualities affect expertise. In addition, I would like to examine the relevance of volunteer education. To summarizes, first, volunteer managers competence, qualities, and job expertise for volunteering are generally average, but in the social science sense, they are usually close to negative evaluation. Second, the voluntary skills and qualities of volunteer managers affect job expertise. Third, there is a need for education to strengthen job expertise. However, education satisfaction is low. From the perspective of regular and contract workers, satisfaction with the education they are participating is not high. Due to the lack of work (regular workers) and unaware of information (contract workers), participation in training is not smooth. It can be seen that it is necessary to strengthen job expertise through more diverse training.
