국문 초록

본 연구는 신중년 세대에게 이들의 노후준비를 위한 인생 후반기 삶에 대한 준비 현황 등을 알아보고, 이를 위한 인생이모작지원센터의 효과적인 운영방안을 마련하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 연구결과를 보면, 첫째, 신중년 세대의 성공적인 노후를 위한 준비는 응답자 간의 차이가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 10점 만점을 기준으로 나타난 평균 5.57점은 성공적인 노후를 위한 준비가 부족하다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 신중년 세대의 여가시간 중 TV시청이 가장 많은 25.9%로 많은 응답하였으며, 여행, 나들이가 20.8%, 취미활동 16.7%, 운동 14.1%의 순으로 응답하여, 신중년 세대들은 소극적 취미활동을 하는 경우가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 정보습득 경로는 TV·라디오 24.8%, 휴대폰·SNS 24.3%, 인터넷(컴퓨터) 21.5%로 응답하여 정보의 이용경로의 경우 TV를 제외하고 휴대폰이나 SNS를 활용한다는 의견이 높아, 뉴미디어에 대한 접근과 이용이 원활하게 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 신중년 세대를 위한 공간을 찾는 불편함은 53.7%로 현재 신중년 세대를 위한 공간을 찾는데 아직 불편함이 많았다. 인생이모작지원센터를 설치 및 운영할 경우, 이를 이용하겠다는 의견에 대해 참여의사가 높은 것으로 응답하였으며, 설치 및 운영을 위한 조건은 교육의 내용과 질에 대한 욕구가 가장 높게 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted for the purpose of finding out the current state of preparation for life in the second half of life for the retirement preparation of the new-middle aged generation, and to prepare an effective management plan for the Life Support Center. As a result of the study, first, there was a large difference among respondents in preparing for the successful retirement of the generation of new-middle aged. An average of 5.57 points indicates that there is a lack of preparation for successful retirement as a response, ‘I am not well prepared.’ Second, 25.9% of the generations of new-middle aged responded with the most watching TV during their leisure time, followed by travel, 20.8% of outings, 16.7% of hobbies, and 14.1% of sports. Appeared to be the most. As for information acquisition channels, 24.8% of TV and radio, 24.3% of mobile phones and SNS, and 21.5% of Internet (computer) responded, indicating that access to and use of new media is smooth. Third, 53.7% of the inconvenience of finding a space for the generation of new-middle aged was uncomfortable in finding a space for the current generation. In the case of installing and operating a life support center, participation intentions responded highly to the opinion that they would use it. As for the conditions for installation and operation, the desire for the content and quality of education was the highest.
