국문 초록

이 조사는 홍성·예산지역의 여성정책에 대한 관심의 경향성을 파악하는데 목적이 있고, 결과는 향후 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. 결과를 보면 전체에서는 ‘여성 일자리’가 우선적으로, 세부과제에서는 ‘폭력으로부터의 안전’이 가장 높게 제시되었다. ‘여성 일자리’, 지역돌봄‘, ’폭력으로부터의 안전‘이 홍성·예산지역 여성들을 위해 중점적으로 논의할 과제인 것으로 볼 수 있다. 상대적으로 ‘다문화사회 통합’, ‘농업’, ‘성 평등화’ 분야는 낮은 지지를 나타냈으나, 세부과제의 적절성에 대한 검토가 요구된다. 결과를 종합하면, 8개 여성정책 과제에 대해서는 나이가 젊을수록 관심과 중요도 인식이 매우 높다는 것을 알 수 있다. 우리나라에서 특히, 지역에서 여성에 대한 인식과 정책영역에서 자리매김한 것 자체가 20년이 조금 넘는 정도에 불과하기 때문이다. 8개 여성정책 과제의 상호관계는 관심과 중요도 모두 인식의 사슬(perception chain)로 연결고리를 갖고, 영향을 주고받고 있다. 즉, 정책적 사안에 대한 특정 사안에 대한 선택적 판단이 아니라 여성정책 전반에 유의미한 관심을 불러일으키고 있다. 이중 특히 지역 돌봄과 성 평등화 분야가 매우 유의미한 것은 여성에게 육아문제와 성 차별이 매우 중요한 현안과제라는 사실을 증명하고 있는 결과로 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

This survey aims to understand the trend of interest in women s policies in the Hongseong-Yesan area, and the results can be used as basic data in the future. In the results, “women s jobs” were given priority in the overall, and “safety from violence” was the highest in the detailed tasks. As a result, “women s jobs”, “local care”, and “safety from violence” are the main issues to be discussed for women in the Hongseong-Yesan area. The fields of multi-cultural society integration , agriculture and gender equalization showed low support, but a review of the appropriateness of detailed tasks is required in the future. When the results of variance analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis are put together, the younger the age, the higher the awareness of interest and importance for the eight women s policy tasks. This is because, in Korea, especially in the region, it has been only a little over 20 years that has established itself in the field of women s awareness and policy. The interrelationships of the eight women s policy tasks are influenced by both interest and importance as a perception chain. In other words, it arouses interest in overall women s policy, not selective judgment on specific issues on policy issues. Of these, the fact that local care and gender equalization are particularly significant is the result of proving that parenting and ender discrimination are very important issues for women.
