국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 장애학생들의 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 가족지지, 자기효능감 간의 관계를 밝히고, 가족지지와 대학생활 적응에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 밝히고자 하였다. 대학의 장애지원센터 담당자의 도움을 받아 장애대학생에게 설문지를 배부하였고, 최종 226부의 설문지를 통계 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 장애대학생은 가족지지, 자기효능감과 대학생활 적응 간의 관계에서 유의미한 정적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 장애대학생이 지각한 가족지지와 대학생활 적응의 관계에서 자기효능감은 부분매개를 하였다. 즉 가족지지가 대학생활 적응에 직접적으로 미치는 영향보다 자기효능감이 매개할 때 더 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 장애대학생의 학교적응을 높이기 위해서 가족의 지지와 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and self-efficacy that influenced on college adjustment of students with disabilities and the mediated effects of their self-efficacy on the relationship of family support and college adjustment. For data collection, a total of 226 college students responded to the questionnaires administered by the staff who worked in the Center for Disability Support attached to universities. Major findings were as follows: First, there were positive relationships among family support, self-efficacy, and college adjustment of students with disabilities. Second, college students’ self-efficacy mediated in partial on the relationship between their family support and college adjustment. Family support has a bigger effect on the mediated self-efficacy than its direct effect on the college adjustment. So, some measures for enhancing family support and self-efficacy should be explored and taken action for better college adjustment among students with disabilities.
