국문 초록

자동화재탐지설비의 비화재보가 증가함에 따라 소방력의 공력(空力)이 초래되고 있다. 이는 재실자의 피난 신뢰성을 저하하는 요인이 되기 때문에 중요성이 인식되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비화재보 저감방안을 마련하는것을 목적으로 국외(미국, 영국) 및 국내의 비화재보 관련 기준을 비교·분석하였다. 비교·분석 결과 비화재보 관련기준의 문제점으로 연기감지기의 감지면적·반경의 불명확성, 비화재보 통계DB 구축의 부재, 비화재보 관리업무규정의 부재 그리고 시나리오 기반 비화재보 시험기준의 부재가 확인되었다. 이에 따라 해결방안으로 연기감지기의감지면적·반경의 명확화, DB 구축을 위한 비화재보 원인코드의 제안, 소방안전관리일지 보완 및 관련매뉴얼 개발그리고 시나리오를 기반으로 한 한국형 비화재보 시험기준 개발의 필요성을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

As unwanted fire alarms within the automatic fire detection system increase, fire-fighting power gets wasted. This isrecognized as important because it causes a decrease in the evacuation reliability of the occupancy. Therefore, in order todevelop measures to reduce unwanted fire alarms, foreign (United States and, United Kingdom) and domestic standardsrelated to unwanted fire alarms were compared and analyzed in the present study. Through the analysis the problems withthe standards were identified as uncertainty regarding the detecting space and radius of the smoke detector, the absence ofa statistical database (DB) for unwanted fire alarms, the absence of a protocol for managing unwanted fire alarms, and theabsence of testing standards for unwanted fire alarms based on scenarios. Consequently, it is proposed that to deal withthe problems, it is necessary to ascertain the detecting space and radius of the smoke detector, to propose unwanted firealarm protection codes for database (DB) system construction, to supplement the fire safety management log by developingrelated manuals, and to develop unwanted fire alarm testing standards of Korean type based on scenarios.
