경상남도 소방 공무원의 조직문화가 조직성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 경상남도 소방공무원의 조직문화가 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 신뢰의 매개변수를 통한 조직문화와 조직성과의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 경상남도 소방본부 산하 18개서의 화재진압대원, 구급대원, 구조대원을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 시행한 결과, 집단문화만이 직무만족에 정의 유의한 영향을 미치며, 조직신뢰와동료신뢰에 매개역할을 함으로써 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 집단문화만이 조직몰입에 정의 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 조직신뢰, 상사신뢰에 매개역할을 하여 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 결론적으로, 경상남도 소방공무원의 조직성과와 신뢰의 향상에 가장 영향을 미치는 조직문화는 집단문화로 나타났다. 따라서, 경상남도 소방조직문화의 특성에 따라 신뢰를 기반으로 한 인간관계중심의 집단문화가 구축되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to determine the effect of Gyeongsangnam-do fire department officilas’ organizational culture onorganizational performance, including job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and to verify the mediated effect oforganizational culture and organizational performance through the parameters of trust. According to an online survey of fireservice workers, paramedics, and rescue workers from 18 locations in the Gyeongsangnam-do Fire Department, only theclan culture had a significant effect on job satisfaction, and functioned as a mediator between organizational and peer trust,showing mediation effects. Furthermore, we confirmed that only clan culture had a significant influence on organizationalcommitment, and that it also acted as a mediator in organizational and supervisor trust. Finally, the organizational culturethat most positively influenced organizational performance and trust among fire service officials in Gyeongsangnam-do wasfound to be clan culture. Therefore, a clan culture that is centered on human relationships based on trust, and that is suitedto the characteristics of each organization, should be established.
