데이터마이닝과 통계적 기법에 의한 대학의 취업 및 진로 만족도에 대한 순차적 분석

국문 초록

최근 들어 대학 교육은 다양한 형태로 변화되고 있다. 또한 대학 교육은 점차적으로 교육의 영역이 확대되고 있다. 현재 대부분의 대학에서 다양한 분야의 능력을 겸비하고 진로와 취업의 능력을 향상하기 위하여 비교과프로그램을 시행하고 있다. 현재 대학 졸업자의 실업률은 경제성장의 둔화에 의하여 큰 문제가 되고 있으며, 대학들은 학생들의 취업 및 진로의 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위하여 대학 교육의 다양한 변화를 시도하고 있다. 특히, 대학들은 학생들의 취업 및 진로의 경쟁력을 갖추기 위하여 취업과 진로에 관련된 다양한 프로그램을 시행하고 있으며, 대학들은 프로그램에 따른 만족도 조사를 실시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 00대학교에서 실시된 비교과프로그램의 조사 자료(취업 및 진로 만족도 부분)에 대한 분석 방법을 제안하고 실제 자료에 대하여 분석을 실시하고자 한다. 분석 방법은 일반적인 통계 분석, 데이터 마이닝, 순차적 데이터마이닝 적용에 대하여 기술하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 비교과프로그램의 취업 및 진로 만족도에 대한 결과를 파악 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 각 대학에서 실시하는 다양한 조사 자료에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Recently, university education has been changing in various forms. In addition, the area of education is gradually expanding in university education. Currently, most universities are implementing extracurricular programs to increase the ability of various fields and to improve the ability of job and career. Currently, the unemployment rate of university graduates is becoming a big problem due to the slowdown in economic growth. Universities are trying to make various changes in university education to improve the competitiveness of students job and career. In particular, universities are implementing various programs related to job and career in order to have students job and career competitiveness. In addition, universities are conducting a satisfaction survey of the program. In this study, we propose an analysis method for the extracurricular program survey data conducted at 00 university. And we analyze the actual data. The analysis method is to describe general statistical analysis, data mining, and sequential data mining. This study can identify the results of the extracurricular program on job and career satisfaction. Also, this study is expected to be used for various survey data conducted by universities.
