국문 초록

이 연구는 성인 장애인의 장애유형·생애주기별 희망하는 문화예술교육 프로그램 분야를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 성인 장애인 300명의 설문 응답 자료를 분석하였으며, 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인 장애인의 전반적인 문화예술교육 프로그램 욕구를 분석한 결과, 사진프로그램에 대한 욕구가 1순위를 차지했다. 둘째, 장애유형·생애주기별 문화예술교육 프로그램 욕구를 분석할 결과, 지체장애인의 성인전기는 음악, 중년기와 노년기는 사진 프로그램에 대한 욕구가 가장 높았다. 다음 시각장애인의 욕구 분석 결과, 성인전기는 사진, 중년기는 어문, 노년기는 음악 프로그램에 대한 욕구가 가장 높았다. 다음 청각장애인의 욕구 분석 결과, 성인전기와 노년기는 영화, 중년기는 문학 프로그램에 대한 욕구가 가장 높았다. 다음 발달장애인의 욕구 분석 결과, 성인전기, 중년기, 노년기 모두 사진 프로그램에 대한 욕구가 1순위를 차지했다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인문화예술교육 활성화 및 지원체계 마련을 위한 방안에 대하여 몇 가지 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The present study aims to calculate and analyze the gap between participation and willingness in 12 areas of culture are art stipulated in the Culture and Arts Promotion Act according to the types of disabilities and life cycles, and further identify culture and arts educational programs adults with disabilities want to join according to the above standards. To this end, survey results collected from 300 adults with disabilities were analyzed and key results are shown as follows. First, culture and arts educational programs demanded by the handicapped adults showed that photo program ranked the top. Second, culture and arts educational programs demanded by adults with mental disabilities indicated that young adults demanded music, and middle and senior people asked for a photo program the most. next, culture and arts educational programs requested by adults with visual disabilities showed that young adults demanded photo, middle-aged demanded language and senior adults asked for a music program the most. next, culture and arts educational programs requested by adults with auditory disabilities showed that young and senior adults demanded opening a film and middle-aged adults asked for opening a literature program. next, requests by adults with development disabilities revealed that all the participants mostly demanded opening a photo program. On the basis of such findings, a couple of ways to promote culture and arts education for people with disabilities and arrange support systems were proposed.
