국문 초록

본 연구는 생활체육 참여 지체장애인의 회복탄력성과 장애수용 및 행복감의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 달성하기 위하여 2017년~2019년 현재 장애인 생활체육에 참여하는 장애인을 대상으로 총 250명을 표본 추출하였으며, 수집된 자료는 Window SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 검증하였다. 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 회복탄력성은 장애수용에 부분적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 회복탄력성은 행복감에 부분적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 장애수용(자기만족)은 행복감에 부분적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 생활체육 참여 지체장애인의 행복감을 위한 회복탄력성과 장애수용의 기초자료를 제공하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between recovery resilience, disability acceptance and euphoria of disabled people participating in life sports. To achieve this, a total of 250 people with disabilities belonging to the Disabled Living Sports Association were sampled in Seoul in 2020, and the collected data were analyzed using the Window SPSS 22.0 program for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, Multiple regression analysis was verified. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were drawn. First, resilience (controllability, positiveness) had a significant positive (+) impact on disability acceptance. Therefore, it was considered that it was necessary to develop and disseminate programs based on the resilience of positive or optimistic to people with physical disabilities. Second, recovery elasticity (controllability, positiveness) had a significant positive (+) effect on euphoria. As a way to promote the happiness of the disabled, it was thought that the positive effect of the person who runs the program will have a major influence along with the application of a positive program of resilience that can develop control over impulses and emotions. Third, acceptance of disability (self-satisfaction) had a significant positive (+) effect on euphoria. Therefore, it was considered that efforts to increase subjective satisfaction will be required to promote the happiness of the physically challenged. It was expected that this study will contribute to providing basic data on recovery resilience and disability acceptance for the happiness of disabled people participating in life sports.
