체육교과에서 거꾸로 수업(Flipped Learning)을 경험한 초등 교사들의 IPA 인식 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 체육교과에서 거꾸로 수업을 경험한 초등 교사들의 인식을 IPA분석법을 통해 살펴보고자 함이다. 연구 대상은 G광역시에 소재한 초등 교사를 모집단으로 편의표본추출법(Convenience Sampling Method)을 통해 235명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 설문자료는 거꾸로 수업에 대해 수업 전, 중, 후 별 중요도와 수행도(만족도) 요인을 추출하여 교수 1인, 스포츠 교육학 박사 3인, 현장교사 3인이 전문가 그룹을 형성하여 제작하였고, 설문 문항에 대한 척도는 5점 리커트 척도(Likert Scale)를 사용 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Win 22.0프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 전문가 그룹의 삼각검증(triangulation)을 통한 타당도 검증, Cronbach’s α계수를 통한 신뢰도 검증, 단순 산점도 그래프 분석을 통한 IPA 분석을 실시하였으며, 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거꾸로 수업 관련 요인에 대한 초등 교사들의 중요도 및 만족도 차이분석에서는 ‘수업 전 수업에 대한 이해’ 요인이 음(-)의 값을 보였고, ‘수업에 대한 준비’ 요인이 양(+)의 값을 나타냈다. 둘째, 거꾸로 수업에 대한 초등 교사들의 인식을 수업 전, 중, 후로 나누어 살펴보면 수업 전 요인에는 2사분면에 수업준비, 수업기대, 수업창의성, 수업열정, 4사분면에 수업장비 및 수업 전 이해가 위치해 있다. 수업 중 요인은 1사분면에 기능향상, 수업피드백, 수업자신감, 수업진행, 협동심, 2사분면에 수업 태도, 3사분면에 수업 중 이해와 수업 적극성, 4사분면에 수업집중 및 수업 흥미가 위치해 있다. 수업 후 요인에서는 1사분면에 수업 복습, 2사분면에 수업피드백, 수업연계성, 3사분면에 기억 지속성, 4사분면에 차시기대가 위치해 있다.

영문 초록

The study aims to examine the perception of primary school teachers who have experienced fliped learning in physical education through the IPA analysis method. The subjects of the survey were 235 elementary school teachers based in G Metropolitan City through the Convenience Sampling Method. The texting fee was produced by extracting the importance and performance (satisfaction) factors of each class before, during, and after the class, forming a group of experts with one professor, three Ph.D. in sports education, and three field teachers, and a five-point limit scale was used to measure the survey questions. The data analysis was conducted using the SPSS Win 22.0 program to analyze frequency, verify validity through triangulation by expert group, verify reliability through Cronbach s α coefficient, and perform IPA analysis through simple scatterplot graph analysis, and the results obtained are as follows. First, in the analysis of differences in importance and satisfaction among elementary school teachers for class-related factors, the understanding of pre-class classes factor showed negative values, while the pre-class preparation factor showed positive values. Second, if you look at the perception of elementary school teachers before, during, and after classes, the factors of pre-classes are the preparation of classes, expectations for classes, creativity of classes, enthusiasm for classes, and understanding of pre-classes in four quarters. The factors in class are improved function, class feedback, class confidence, progress of class, cooperative spirit, class attitude in two quadrants, understanding and class activism in class in three quadrants, concentration and class interest in four quadrants. The factors behind the class include reviewing classes in one quadrant, class feedback in two quadrants, class connectivity, three quadrant memory persistence, and a cold period in four quadrants.
