국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 한국어 중급 학습자의 말하기 정확성을 위해 음성 전사를 통한 자가 피드백 방법을 제안하고 실제 사례를 살펴보는 데 있다. 음성 전사를 통한 자가 피드백을 통해 학습자는 자신의 오류를 인지하고 수정할 수 있는 기회를 가질 수 있고 자가 피드백 일지를 쓰면서 본인이 부족한 학습 영역을 더 잘 파악할 수 있다. 이에 본고는 말하기 오류를 스스로 수정할 수 있는 능력이 전제되어 있는 한국어 중급 학습자 6명을 대상으로 3개월에 걸쳐 두 차례 말하기 과제를 실시하고 자가 피드백을 하게 하였다. 그 후에 사후 심층 인터뷰를 하였는데 학습자들은 본 피드백 방법을 통해 말하기 정확성이 향상된 것 같다는 긍정적인 반응을 보였고 말하기 학습에 있어 자기주도 학습의 가능성도 엿볼 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 말하기 학습에 대한 적극적인 변화를 가져왔음을 질적으로 밝히는 사례 연구로써 한국어 말하기 교육에서의 피드백 연구 적용 가능성을 넓히고 있다.

영문 초록

This research is a case study on intermediate Korean learners self feedback using transcriptions of speech to improve speaking accuracy. Learners have the opportunity to re-listen and read their own speech and correctly recognize and correct errors through self feedback using transcriptions of speech. So they can improve speaking accuracy by themselves. This research conducted two speaking tasks and made learners do self feedback. And then, the research conducted in-depth interview about the methods and effects of this feedback. According to the interview, there were positive responses that speaking accuracy seemed to have improved, as well as the possibility of self-directed learning in speaking learning. Therefore, this research could help to expand the applicability of feedback studies in Korean speaking education.
